A down-to-earth regional firm is looking to bring a Family Solicitor with 2-5 PQE into its high-performing team in York.

The opportunity comes with a generous homeworking policy of four days per week, which will help you achieve a fantastic work/life balance and the chance to avoid a long commute. This makes this role easily commutable from York, Harrogate, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull and the surrounding areas.

The role comes with a transparent progression route all the way up to director level and the firm has a proven track record of promoting from within.

You’ll manage a caseload of entirely private cases, so this would suit a solicitor with an existing caseload of private matters or someone with private family experience looking to drop legal aid work.

You’ll join a team consisting of three partners, a solicitor, a legal executive, four paralegals/trainees and two legal secretaries, so you’ll get lots of support.
