This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor (8+ PQE) or Partner to join an innovative family law firm that is revolutionising the profession through cutting-edge technology, AI, and a fresh approach to billable time.

With a remote-first culture, you’ll have the autonomy to run your caseload while benefiting from the firm’s structured support. You’ll take on a complex, high-value caseload, including financial and children matters exceeding £1 million—some reaching £15 million—at either the outset or critical stages of proceedings.

For those seeking career progression, there’s a clear pathway to leadership, whether that’s stepping into a Team Leader role or advancing to Partner. However, if you simply want to focus on high-quality work without the pressures of management, that’s completely supported too.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a family solicitor or partner who:

• Has 8+ years PQE

• Can independently run a complex caseload of financial, children, and non-molestation matters.

• Is commercially aware, confident in billing and converting leads.

• Ideally has Legal 500 experience (desirable).

• Values autonomy and work-life balance, thriving in a remote-first culture.

• Has a positive, open-minded approach and is comfortable discussing innovative ways to deliver legal services.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £85,000 for Partners.

• Flexible working – required in the office just one day per week (Wednesday), with the option to reduce to once a fortnight or once a month.
