A well-established regional law firm with excellent staff retention is looking for a family solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join them in Coventry.
In this role you’ll enjoy a fantastic work-life balance; you’ll be able to split your time between working from home and the office and you’ll also benefit from flexible working hours if you wish.
If progression is important to you, you will also have the opportunity to progress to a leadership position within the firm’s close-knit team.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in family law able to step in and, from the get-go, handle a mixed caseload of private matrimonial matters. You’ll be expected to do your advocacy and while there would be no expectation for you to generate new work, our client would welcome someone who enjoys getting involved in business development.
