This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing family law team in Manchester, working on some of the best privately funded matrimonial finance cases in the market.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing team led by a highly experienced partner who has built a thriving department. The firm prides itself on its collaborative, non-hierarchical culture—every solicitor, regardless of level, has a seat at the table when it comes to shaping the team’s direction.
Over the first 6-12 months, you’ll settle into the team, handle high-quality work, and begin to get involved in BD to bring in more cases. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to build a strong reputation, be paid well for your efforts, and move quickly up the career ladder. If you’re ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn from some of the best in the field, this is the perfect next step.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor with:
- Essential: Experience handling privately funded matrimonial finance cases.
- Essential: A strong work ethic and the drive to work on high-value, complex cases.
- Essential: Commercial awareness and a strategic approach to case management.
- Desirable: Experience in BD, networking, and building client relationships.
- Essential: A friendly, motivated, and ambitious personality that aligns with the firm’s culture.
