This is a unique opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a boutique, employee-owned family law firm in Cheshire, a team known for its reputation, values and client-centred approach.

Who we’re looking for

• Family Solicitor, ideally 1–3 PQE
• Comfortable managing a mixed caseload of finances and private children matters
• Open to working on both standard files and higher-quality/HNW cases
• Some understanding of pensions and pre/post-nups (desired but not essential)
• Happy to mediate where appropriate and litigate when necessary
• Supportive, approachable, values-driven and focused on client relationships
• Someone with strong work ethic and emotional intelligence
• Able to slot into a collaborative, non-competitive, people-first culture

What you’ll be doing

• Take over an existing caseload
• Support senior lawyers on HNW and complex cases
• Handle all files from start to finish, with administrative and junior support where needed
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment and uphold Resolution values
• Grow your skills in a firm known for attracting complex work without corporate pressure
