This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a close-knit and friendly team working on high-quality, privately funded, and often international family law matters. With work coming in thick and fast — and even more expected through a new one-solicitor-per-couple service — you’ll play a key role in easing the load and helping the firm grow even further.

You’ll be rewarded for your hard work with a market-leading 4-day week (without losing pay), fully remote working if you prefer, and one of the most human, values-led legal cultures around. This is a firm that genuinely puts people first — whether that’s the clients or the team.

Who we’re looking for

• 5–10 PQE Family Solicitor
• Strong background in privately funded work (finances and children)
• Comfortable running a complex caseload, ideally with international elements
• Experienced and confident in business development
• Friendly, collaborative and humble — no egos, just good people doing great work

Salary & Benefits

• £50,000+ depending on experience
• 4-day working week (full pay)
• Fully remote working if preferred
• 10% bonus on all billings over 3x salary
