Grade B Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Join one of The Times’ Best 250 law firms and build your career within a nationally recognised Clinical Negligence team
- Handle high-quality claimant clinical negligence work with a clear pathway from Solicitor to Associate, Senior Associate and beyond
- Hybrid working, bonus scheme and genuine flexibility, with greater home working available if you’re based further afield
If you’re looking to develop your Clinical Negligence career with a firm that combines exceptional quality work with outstanding long-term progression, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
You’ll join a nationally recognised Clinical Negligence team that has built an outstanding reputation for handling complex, life-changing medical negligence claims. Working alongside highly respected specialists, you’ll manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support, guidance and technical expertise of experienced colleagues as you continue to develop.
During your first year, you’ll focus on building your own caseload, developing strong relationships with clients, medical experts and counsel, and becoming confident managing claims independently. As your experience grows, you’ll take on increasingly complex matters while continuing to support senior lawyers on higher-value cases involving catastrophic injuries, birth injuries, delayed diagnoses and fatal claims.
This is a genuinely collaborative team where people work together to achieve the very best outcomes for clients. You’ll be supported by experienced paralegals, approachable leaders and a firm that continues to invest heavily in the development of its people. With a clear progression framework already in place, you’ll know exactly what the next step in your career looks like.
