This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Children Panel Solicitor (3+ PQE) to lead and develop a Family/Childcare department in Yorkshire.

We’re seeking a solicitor with:
- Essential: 3+ PQE with Children Panel accreditation.
- Essential: A guardian following and experience handling care proceedings.
- Essential: Strong business development and networking skills to establish and grow the department.
- Essential: The ability to work independently, while also building and managing a team over time.
- Essential: A collaborative, proactive, and innovative approach—someone who thrives in a leadership role.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £60k–£75k.
- Bonus: 15% of anything billed over 3x salary.
