Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor

This is a standout opportunity for a Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly respected commercial practice in Merseyside at a pivotal point of growth.

Who we’re looking for

• Senior Associate level (around 7–12 PQE)
• Background in general commercial litigation
• Essential: experience in property litigation (or fee earners from larger firms with solely property litigation experience will also be considered)
• Strong client-handling, drafting and strategy skills
• Network of contacts (desired)
• Confident, collaborative and culturally aligned with a friendly, down-to-earth team
• Interested in helping grow the Liverpool litigation offering

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a varied commercial litigation caseload
• Handle a mix of general commercial disputes and property litigation matters
• Work cross-office with the Manchester litigation team
• Support the department’s development in Liverpool
• Supervise junior colleagues and work alongside a legal exec and trainees
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development
• Participate in cross-departmental litigation work available within the wider group
• Contribute to strategic growth and team-building initiatives
