This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive and people-first law firm based in Southport.

Who we’re looking for

  • Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor
  • Experience handling Wills, Probate and Trusts matters
  • Able to work with minimal supervision on day-to-day files
  • Confidence to network and build relationships locally
  • Experience working towards chargeable hour targets
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent client care skills with a genuine, empathetic approach
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
  • Advising clients on estate planning, tax planning, probate and powers of attorney
  • Delivering high-quality, compassionate client care
  • Dealing directly with clients, families, carers and third parties
  • Networking to attract new clients and build local relationships
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
  • Managing risk through good file management and regular risk assessments
  • Supporting the wider team where required
