As a part-time Legal Headhunter, you’ll lead on identifying and engaging the best lawyers in your specialist community. You’ll build lasting relationships, offer valuable insight, and help them make career moves that change their lives for the better.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying untapped talent – Use LinkedIn, market insight, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques to find and approach high-calibre lawyers
  • Positioning yourself as a specialist – Build credibility through deep market knowledge and strategic career advice
  • Nurturing long-term relationships – Stay close to top legal professionals, even if they’re not looking to move right now
  • Partnering with law firms – Work with forward-thinking firms to understand their growth plans and help them hire the best
  • Driving growth – Balance short-term wins with long-term strategy to build a profitable, high-impact desk
