Personal Injury Fee Earner
- Run a mixed EL/PL & RTA caseload from day one, no need to build your own work
- Clear, structured progression with real promotion opportunities each year
- Hybrid working (2 days from home) once settled, plus early Friday finishes
You’ll be stepping into a team that already delivers consistently strong results and expects the same from the people joining it.
From the outset, you’ll take ownership of a mixed caseload of RTA and EL/PL matters. The work is already there, the systems are in place, and the expectation is that you can run files confidently from instruction through to settlement.
The first few months are about getting up to speed with internal processes and embedding yourself within the team. After that, you’ll be trusted to manage your files independently, contribute to team performance, and, if you’re keen, start getting involved in mentoring or raising your profile externally.
Longer term, progression is structured rather than vague. There’s a clear promotions process and a track record of people moving forward based on performance, not time served. If you’re someone who wants to develop quickly and be recognised for it, that pathway is there.
The environment strikes a balance, high standards, but not overly rigid. There’s a strong focus on client care, a commercial mindset, and a team that takes the work seriously without losing personality. You’re expected to perform, but you’re supported to do it properly.
