A national law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its collaborative team and take on a varied caseload of EL, PL, and RTA claims — both pre- and post-litigated. The firm is known for its transparent culture, excellent client care, and commitment to nurturing talent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to run your own caseload while enjoying the support of a close-knit team. You’ll also have the chance to work flexibly (primarily remotely) and shape your future at a firm that’s actively investing in its people.
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced personal injury solicitor (ideally 2–5 PQE)
- Proven experience handling litigated EL/PL files
- Comfortable using Proclaim or a similar CMS
- Skilled in negotiation, advocacy and litigation strategy
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Team-focused and aligned with a culture of growth and accountability
