Personal Injury Solicitor
- Manage your own quality claimant Personal Injury caseload from day one with genuine autonomy
- Handle a varied mix of EL, PL, RTA and some Clinical Negligence matters within a growing team
- Hybrid working, flexi-time and a supportive culture where progression is based on ability, not hierarchy
If you’re a Personal Injury Solicitor looking for greater autonomy and higher-quality work, this is an opportunity to join a growing team where you’ll be trusted to run your own caseload while continuing to develop your technical expertise.
From the outset. Your work will span Employer’s Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims, with the opportunity to gain exposure to Clinical Negligence work as your experience develops.
Over your first year, you’ll establish yourself as a trusted member of the team, confidently progressing files from instruction through to settlement or trial. Longer term, you’ll build a strong portfolio of more complex, higher-value claims while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and success is recognised.
This is a firm that combines ambitious growth with a genuinely supportive culture. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, contribute to the wider team and continue progressing your career without feeling like just another fee earner.
