We’re looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a people-first Personal Injury firm in Manchester with a reputation for fairness, clarity and empathy.

Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE
- Extensive experience handling EL/PL/OL and RTA multi-track and intermediate-track cases
- Previous team leadership experience
- Confident communicator with excellent technical and people management skills
- Proactive, positive and ready to lead by example
- Strong client care focus and commitment to fairness and access to justice
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of personal injury fee earners
- Managing team performance, quality and development
- Supporting junior lawyers through regular 1:1s, feedback and training
- Running a reduced, high-quality caseload of EL/PL/RTA files
- Acting as an escalation point for complex or sensitive matters
- Upholding best practice, compliance and the firm’s core values
- Supporting the Operations Manager and Head of Department in delivering strategic goals
Salary & Benefits
