This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Associate Solicitor to join a highly respected team in Birmingham with an abundance of high-quality work already waiting. You’ll step into a busy department with more work than hands, so from day one you’ll take ownership of a broad caseload.

Who we’re looking for
- 4–7 PQE in Private Client
- Strong mixed PC experience, including HNW matters
- STEP-qualified or working towards (desired)
- Experience with or appetite for business development (desired)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
- Proactive, ambitious and happy to get stuck in
- Comfortable with change and excited by growth
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a varied and high-quality caseload across wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and vulnerable client work
- Handle complex and HNW matters with autonomy
- Primarily focus on fee-earning with scope to supervise as the team grows
- Build strong internal relationships across the department
- Contribute to team development and support long-term strategic growth
- Deliver excellent client service within a collaborative, inclusive culture
