Are you a senior Private Client lawyer looking for Partnership progression without being forced into an overly commercial or BD-heavy role?
This highly regarded boutique practice is looking for a Private Client Associate Partner to join its established Private Wealth team in Warwickshire.
You’ll work alongside multiple Legal 500-listed lawyers, advising HNW individuals and families on sophisticated Private Wealth matters. Trusts and tax are central to the work, with dedicated specialists available across the team.
The firm takes a refreshingly individual approach to senior careers. There are no artificial caps on the number of Partners and no requirement to complete a formal business plan simply to reach the next level. If you’re performing at Partner level, progression can become a natural next step.
Who we’re looking for
- Senior Private Client lawyer, likely 5+ PQE (E)
- Significant technical Private Client expertise (E)
- Strong trusts experience (E)
- Good working knowledge of tax (E)
- Experience advising HNW clients (E)
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking (E)
- Ability to contribute at senior level (E)
- Collaborative, team-focused approach (E)
- STEP qualification (D)
You’ll need an understanding of IHT, lifetime gifting into trusts, lifetime planning, ten-year calculations, CGT and income tax. Further technical development is strongly supported, including STEP and CTA.
