You’ll join the Private Wealth team at a leading firm in Birmingham that’s actively evolving. The team is going through a period of positive change, with a clear opportunity for you to contribute to how it grows and operates. Working closely with respected team leads, you’ll manage a varied caseload and gain exposure to HNW and UHNW clients from day one.
You’ll also be part of a genuinely collaborative and honest culture, where the emphasis is on learning, feedback and mutual respect, and where even small frustrations are actively addressed, not ignored.
Who we’re looking for
- NQ–3 PQE qualified solicitor
- Experience handling private client matters (wills, trusts, probate, LPAs)
- Exposure to HNW or UHNW client work
- Professional, confident communicator
- Willing to learn and grow within the team
- Self-aware and honest, with a team-first mindset
- Prior paralegal experience
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own caseload appropriate to your experience
- Working strategically with senior team members
- Contributing to team ideas, improvements, and innovation
- Mentoring or supporting junior team members as needed
- Handling client matters with professionalism and autonomy
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £56,000 depending on experience
- 33 days’ holiday including bank holidays
