Private Client Fee Earner

• Run your own Private Client caseload with real client ownership

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to take ownership of their own caseload and play a key role in a growing Private Client offering.

You’ll take responsibility for a caseload of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, meeting clients independently and draftingdocuments with minimal supervision. You’ll also be managing a steady, profitable caseload and building trusted relationships with repeat and referred clients. 

Longer term, there’s clear scope to become an established, reliable fee earner within the team, with the opportunity to take on more complex matters or progress further depending on your goals.

This role is ideal for someone already doing basic wills and LPAs who wants more autonomy, client contact, and responsibility in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a fee-earning Private Client caseload
• Drafting wills tailored to individual client needs
• Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Meeting clients independently and delivering excellent client care
• Handling matters from instruction to completion
• Supporting the continued growth of the Private Client offering
• Working closely with experienced colleagues in a small, collaborative office
