We’re working with one of the UK’s leading law firms to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their specialist Estate Administration team based in Sheffield.

The role sits within the post-death (estate administration) team and offers you the chance to work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the region.
Who we’re looking for
- Solicitor or experienced career Paralegal with probate/estate administration experience
- Strong technical understanding of the probate process
- Excellent file management, organisation and attention to detail
- Client-focused and empathetic with exceptional communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and able to work independently
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own caseload of full estate administration and probate files
- Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and third parties to progress matters
- Preparing estate accounts, inheritance tax forms, and associated legal documentation
- Supporting the wider team with knowledge sharing and collaborative working
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and client service standards remain high
