We’re delighted to bring to market this newly created Private Client Senior Associate role for a high-profile law firm with several offices across the region. The firm is looking for someone with at least six years’ experience to join their Worcester office as the ‘go-to’ person for their Legal 500 team here.  

The private client team is the biggest division in the firm. It is a very exciting time to join as they are actively growing their presence further across the Midlands – giving you plenty of scope to move into a more central senior leadership role in the future.  

Despite its size, the firm is supportive and big into work/life balance. You’ll be able to enjoy hybrid working and good quality work for longstanding clients. All fee earners have secretarial support, and this is something the firm is committed to keeping.  

As the ‘go-to’ person for the team and clients, you will be supported in growing your profile within the firm and the market at large, which will include support for Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories and awards.  

Your caseload will be caried and complex, including LPAs, wills, estate admin, and the creation of trusts and tax planning matters for HNW clients.  

The firm will invest in you from day one and is also willing to fund and support you in becoming STEP qualified, if you aren’t already.    

You will have the opportunity to boost your salary with a 10% performance bonus, which has been awarded consistently in recent years.
