You’ll join an established Private Client team where you’ll manage your own varied caseload while working closely with supportive senior colleagues. The role offers a broad mix of work across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs and Court of Protection matters, giving you the opportunity to maintain and develop a well-rounded practice.
There’s also scope to make a wider contribution to the department. You’ll work alongside the Head of Department and senior management on the team’s continued development, support more junior colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your own network through business development.
The firm places particular importance on building long-term relationships with its clients, so this would suit someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a personable, compassionate approach.
Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
- Experience independently managing a Private Client caseload
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable advising clients on sensitive and complex matters
- Commitment to delivering an excellent client experience
- Willingness to participate in networking and business development
- Ability to support junior colleagues when required (Desired)

- Managing a broad Private Client caseload
- Drafting Wills
- Handling Probate and Estate Administration
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Court of Protection matters
- Building long-term client relationships
- Supporting junior team members
- Working closely with the Head of Department
- Attending networking and BD events
- Developing new client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to the department’s continued growth
