Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor who:
- Essential: 3+ years PQE in Private Client law.
- Essential: Experience in probate, wills, trusts, and estate administration.
- Essential: Strong client care skills, with a compassionate and friendly approach.
- Desirable: STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification.
- Essential: Able to commute to Windermere.
- Essential: Keen to make a positive impact through their legal work
Salary & Benefits
- 35-hour work week, with flexibility on working hours.
- Hybrid working – as little as two days in the office per week.
- Bonus scheme – ¼ of anything brought in after 3x annual salary target is achieved.
