Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
- Confident handling a mixed caseload independently
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and LPAs
- STEP accreditation or working towards
- Business development experience
- Caring, professional, and integrity-driven
- Collaborative and commercially minded
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own caseload, with support where needed
- Handle wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and LPAs
- Liaise with clients, referrers, and colleagues across the firm
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities
- Hybrid working – 2-3 days from home
