There’s a real need for someone who can take ownership of a private family caseload and help convert the steady stream of enquiries already coming through the door.

You’ll inherit work, not pressure to generate it.

Who we’re looking for

• Private Family Solicitor with 3+ PQE
• Able to manage a private family caseload with minimal supervision 
• Experience in divorce, financial remedy, private children and TOLATA matters
• Strong advocacy skills and confidence conducting your own hearings
• Excellent client care and lead conversion skills 
• Business development experience (Desired)
• Selfless, approachable and collaborative personality
• Someone who can work hard, have a laugh and support the wider team

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a privately funded family caseload from start to finish
• Converting and progressing existing enquiries
• Handling divorce, finance, private children and TOLATA matters
• Conducting your own advocacy
• Delivering excellent client care throughout
• Working closely with the wider family team and support staff
