This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Property & Finance Court of Protection Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding national practice in Leeds.

Who we’re looking for

  • 2–3 PQE Solicitor with strong Court of Protection (property & finance) experience
  • Confident managing deputyship, financial management and injury-related CoP matters
  • Exposure to high-value injury-related CoP work (desired)
  • Litigated CoP experience essential
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Empathetic, client-focused and organised
  • Growth mindset, ambitious and keen to progress
  • Experience within a mid-sized or national firm (desired)

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage your own caseload of property & financial affairs Court of Protection files
  • Support senior specialists on catastrophic injury-related CoP cases, including birth injury matters
  • Draft applications, reports and Court of Protection documentation
  • Liaise with clients, families, case managers and medical professionals
  • Attend hearings, conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Leeds CoP offering
  • Work collaboratively within a national team led by a Partner-level specialist
