Looking for a Court of Protection role where you can concentrate on the work you enjoy rather than constantly worrying about winning new business?

This growing team is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to help support an expanding caseload.

With a team of paralegals and support staff already in place, you’ll have the infrastructure needed to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes while helping shape the next phase of the department’s growth.

Whether you’re looking for a purely fee-earning role or a position with greater supervisory responsibility, there is flexibility depending on your experience and ambitions.

Who we’re looking for

  • Court of Protection Solicitor (Grade A, B or C considered)
  • Experience managing a Court of Protection caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of Property & Affairs Court of Protection work
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage a varied caseload
  • Supervisory experience or the ability to support junior team members
  • Collaborative and team-focused approach


What you’ll be doing

  • Managing your own Court of Protection caseload
  • Advising on a broad range of Property & Affairs matters
  • Working predominantly with elderly clients and their families
  • Supporting the owner of the firm on more complex matters
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
  • Working closely with a team of experienced paralegals and support staff
  • Maintaining excellent standards of client care and compliance
