Our client, an international, top-ranked firm, is looking for a property disputes solicitor with at least six years’ experience to join its successful Real Estate Litigation team at senior associate level.

The right candidate will have previous experience of commercial real estate litigation, including 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidations disputes, boundary and right of way issues, rent arrears and landlord remedies; you will also have either existing experience or a genuine interest in telecoms sector work, as you’ll support the wider team in advising on big-hitting litigation cases for some of the UK’s largest electronic communications operators.

As stated, this role could be a fantastic opportunity for you to progress up the career ladder, as the firm is willing to take on a solicitor or associate at senior associate-level. You’ll join a large team of over 20 lawyers and be able to learn from their experience to accelerate your career quickly.
