Property Litigation Associate Solicitor

Apply now
  • Join a fast-growing, award-winning property litigation team with genuine promotion prospects
  • High-quality commercial property litigation work across landlords, developers and investors
  • Hybrid working, strong benefits, and a culture that genuinely invests in its people

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious national team operating across multiple UK offices, including Liverpool.

You’ll be stepping into a busy and growing department with a strong pipeline of work and clear plans for expansion. From day one, you’ll be trusted to manage a varied and predominantly commercial property litigation caseload, working closely with senior lawyers on larger, complex matters. Longer term, there’s real scope to shape your own practice, build your profile, and progress within a team that actively supports development and internal promotion.

This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and collaboration, and who wants to build a long-term career in property litigation within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Who we’re looking for

  • Property Litigation solicitor with solid experience in this area
  • Genuine interest in building a career in property litigation
  • Confident managing a busy caseload independently
  • Comfortable supervising and delegating to junior colleagues
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and commercial skills
  • Confident working directly with clients and intermediaries
  • Collaborative, proactive, and professionally ambitious

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a mixed (predominantly commercial) property litigation caseload
  • Advising landlords, landowners, tenants, developers, lenders, investors, and public bodies
  • Supporting partners and legal directors on complex cases
  • Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to team development
  • Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and deadlines are met

Salary & Benefits

  • £47,100 – £72,450 depending on experience
  • Strong job security due to a genuine replacement and growth need
  • Hybrid working, with flexibility to split time between home and office
  • Opportunity to be based in Liverpool, Manchester, or Leeds
  • 28 days’ holiday
  • Private healthcare (with option to add family members)
  • Life insurance (4× salary)
  • Travel loan scheme
  • Employee assistance programme (24/7 confidential helpline)
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Wide range of employee discounts and offers
  • Strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion, and career-long development
  • Clear progression pathways and genuine encouragement to reach your full potential
