RTA Fee Earner
- Lead a collaborative team of RTA file handlers in a firm where teamwork trumps targets
- Handle a broad mix of pre- and post-litigation Personal Injury files in a dynamic and growing practice
- Join a close-knit team in a fully office-based role with strong peer support and bonus potential
This is your opportunity to join a supportive and fast-growing personal injury firm in Manchester as an RTA Team Leader. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping the business continue its growth trajectory while managing a team of file handlers and your own caseload of 200–300 RTA files.
The firm has grown significantly since launching, with a focus on teamwork and shared success. They don’t operate a culture of individual billing targets; instead, a team bonus scheme rewards everyone for collective achievement. You’ll be part of a group that genuinely pulls together to deliver the best outcomes for clients and colleagues alike.
If you want to step into a role where your leadership makes a real difference and where you’ll be supported by a tight-knit team, this is the role for you.

- This role for experienced non-qualified fee earners
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a caseload of 200–300 RTA files across fast-track and multi-track
- Leading and supervising a team of three file handlers, supporting with training and queries
- Working collaboratively towards a team billing target
- Acting as the go-to person for technical queries and day-to-day support, freeing up the MD to focus on the strategic direction of the firm
- Maintaining high client care standards across the department
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £32,000, depending on experience
- Bonus scheme – profit-cost related, awarded monthly
- Team holiday rewards – up to half a day’s holiday per month for hitting targets
- 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays, plus additional holiday after four years of service
