In addition to a market-leading hybrid working policy (average is 2.5 days from home), you’ll enjoy a salary 20% above market-rate for this level and have a clear progression pathway up to a Head of Sub-Team role. You’ll be paired up with an existing team leader as a mentor to enhance your leadership skills in anticipation of this promotion.
The firm are currently in the midst of a period of national expansion to support their vision to become the leading firm for private matrimonial law in the country.
Established in 2011, the firm has quickly expanded into the bustling legal hubs of Leeds, London, Birmingham and Manchester. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge, as you will be instrumental in driving the firm’s offering forward.
The right candidate will be well versed in private family matters and great at building and developing relationships with clients.
This is a great firm for legal professionals looking for something less traditional and craving plenty of independence to grow and develop into well-rounded, commercially robust professionals. If you find you often get frustrated with red tape, long and boring processes, and a management team that is slow to change and adapt – and are looking for a faster-paced, more dynamic way of working – you’ll find this firm thoroughly refreshing.
Our client has embraced a modern way of working, with all the latest technological advancements to keep any administration and compliance tasks required to an absolute minimum, leaving its fee earners to do what they do best – provide high quality legal advice to a growing client base of HNW individuals.
The team enjoys a fantastic Legal 500 ranking, sitting alongside several much larger national firms, and is committed to supporting its lawyers to get recognised as Leading Individuals. The firm has a strong marketing team and is investing heavily in its brand and website in 2023.
There is a ready caseload to step in to of 15 cases valuing over £1m and, with lots of inbound work, you will be able to steadily build your client portfolio of finances, children and non-molestation work with support.
