This is an opportunity for a Serious Injury Solicitor to join a well-established national claimant team in Manchester, working on complex, life-changing injury claims within a supportive and highly experienced environment.

The role sits within a large, collaborative Serious Injury practice where solicitors are encouraged to develop technically, build strong client relationships, and progress at a pace aligned to their ability, not just PQE.

You’ll support senior lawyers on catastrophic injury matters initially, before progressing into managing your own caseload as your experience grows.

Who we’re looking for

  • Solicitor with experience in serious or catastrophic injury work
  • Exposure to brain injury and/or spinal cord injury claims
  • Experience assisting on or running multi-track matters up to £1m
  • Comfortable working with vulnerable clients and sensitive matters
  • Claimant personal injury background preferred (Desired)
  • Defendant background with relevant catastrophic injury exposure considered (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting Partners and senior lawyers on high-value catastrophic injury claims
  • Managing your own allocation of serious injury files as experience allows
  • Drafting complex legal documents and pleadings
  • Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and rehabilitation professionals
  • Supporting cases from inception through to settlement or trial
  • Contributing to case strategy and long-term client care planning
