Serious Injury Solicitor
- Handle life-changing serious injury work, not volume files
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 from home) with real flexibility around your day
- Progression to Senior Solicitor with mentoring, complex work and leadership exposure
This role is built for someone who wants their work to actually mean something. You’ll be joining a growing serious injury team where the focus isn’t churn, it’s helping clients rebuild their lives after devastating injuries.
From day one, you’ll take ownership of a caseload of moderate to high-value serious injury claims. The first few months are about getting up to speed, building relationships with clients and experts, and settling into a way of working that prioritises quality over volume.
By the 12-month mark, you’ll be running your own files confidently and starting to play a wider role in the team, mentoring juniors, contributing to discussions on complex cases, and getting involved in external activities like networking or charity partnerships.
Longer term, this is a clear route into seniority. You’ll move into handling more complex, high-value work, take on leadership responsibilities within the team, and have the opportunity to shape how cases are delivered and how the client experience continues to evolve.
The environment is open and collaborative. There’s no hierarchy for the sake of it, people share ideas, support each other, and focus on doing the right thing for clients.
