Are you a senior Serious Injury Solicitor who wants to move away from volume-driven PI and spend more time making a meaningful difference to clients?

This specialist Manchester firm focuses exclusively on representing people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. Its approach puts rehabilitation, care and long-term outcomes at the centre of every case, with lawyers working collaboratively with clients, families, healthcare professionals and the third sector.

You’ll manage around five complex, high-value cases, giving you the time to understand your clients properly and deliver exceptional work rather than being driven by file numbers.

The firm is entering its next stage of growth, with plans to make several additional hires. For an experienced lawyer joining now, that creates genuine scope to progress into team leadership and supervision as the business expands.

Who we’re looking for

• Serious/Catastrophic Injury Solicitor with around 7–8+ years’ PQE (E)
• Strong multi-track serious or catastrophic injury experience (E)
• Experience dealing with complex causation (E)
• Strong analytical and drafting skills (E)
• Ability to work on complex schedules (E)
• Excellent client relationship skills and empathy (E)
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-value matters (E)
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach (E)
• TBI experience (D)
• Clinical Negligence lawyers with relevant transferable experience also considered (D)

Salary & Benefits
