We’re looking for someone who’s driven, dynamic and down-to-earth to come in and be part of our close-knit team of award-winning recruiters. You’ll also be able to fit your work around your other commitments as a result of our flexible working measures, which include Work Where You Want, When You Want and Flexi-Friday, our version of the 4-day week.

A bit about us and the role 

Put simply, we recruit lawyers for law firms. We’re not just a recruitment business though.

Duties will include: 

  • Approaching candidates about specific vacancies 

  • Qualifying and interviewing new candidates and briefing them on potential opportunities 

  • Organising interviews with clients 

  • Cultivating new client relationships and managing key client accounts 

  • Offering advice to both clients on candidates on pay rates, training and career progression 

  • Working alongside our marketing team to advertise vacancies 

  • Using our internal CRM system 

  • Working towards targets and tailored KPIs 

  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, build relationships, and develop both Realm’s and your personal brand

A bit about you 

  • You’ll come from a recruitment background (a legal recruitment background would be advantageous but is not essential) 

  • You’ll be a self-starter who is happy to work both independently and as part of a team 

  • You will be dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills; we want someone that can confidently talk to people from all walks of life, who can take the initiative and self-motivate 

  • You will have the ability to take direction 

  • You’re great at managing your time and organising yourself and your work
