Jennifer is someone who has successfully climbed the career ladder and done so quickly, progressing from NQ solicitor to partner in just nine years. She’s now a Legal 500 Next Generation Partner, Recommended Lawyer and Head of the Employment and HR department at the Manchester office of Forbes Solicitors.
During the event, we delved into Jennifer’s personal career journey so far and revisited her key milestones and the choices she made that contributed to her professional development and helped catapult her career.
Giving an insight into what she’s learned along the way, Jennifer explained how she set herself apart to become the partner she is today, how she manages a full-time successful legal career, alongside being a mother of 2 very young children and shared her invaluable wisdom for associates and senior associates keen to follow in her footsteps.
Jennifer also outlined the skills and qualities she seeks in her team at Forbes and offered an invaluable perspective on how to become a law firm’s dream candidate.
