We’re excited to announce that three new consultants have joined Realm, expanding our specialist reach across key practice areas and regions as we approach our 10th anniversary.
Harry Nicholls has joined us as a Junior Consultant and is our dedicated property specialist for the North West. Harry will focus on recruiting lawyers within residential conveyancing and commercial property, helping firms across the region secure the right talent to drive growth and profitability.
Mel Samson has come on board as an Associate Consultant and will work exclusively with family lawyers and teams across the North West. Covering matrimonial, childcare, and finance roles, Mel’s insight and expertise will strengthen our ability to match the right family lawyers with the right law firms.
Rachael Conley has joined as an Associate Consultant specialising in private client recruitment in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. She will work closely with wills and probate, trusts, Court of Protection, and tax lawyers, supporting them in finding opportunities that align with their career goals and aspirations.
