I approached Realm after becoming disillusioned in my current role.  Mel took the time to listen to me, my values and priorities, and what I wanted from a new role.  When things weren't right, or roles weren't aligning, she didn't push unsuitable jobs onto me, and there was even a period of a couple of months where we didn't have any contact because the roles just weren't right at that time.  As soon as something suitable came up, Mel got in touch to discuss it.  She was always able to answer all my questions and made me feel that there really wasn't a stupid question.  She put me at ease and was supportive of me throughout every step in the process.  She pushed me to go out of my comfort zone to achieve what I wanted.  When I did feel that the pace was becoming a little too fast and I felt under pressure in the process, I communicated that to Mel, who listened to my feedback and took on board what I was saying, which was a massive green flag for me.  I hope to work with Mel again in the future.
