Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor

• Located in Manchester city centre with hybrid working options
• £50,000–£70,000 with merit-based progression

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3–6 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Manchester disputes team located in Manchester City Centre.

You’ll work closely with a highly regarded litigation partner, supporting on a busy caseload that includes injunctions, shareholder disputes and a wide range of commercial disputes.

This role offers genuine hands-on development, with strong supervision and mentoring from senior lawyers who are actively involved in the work.

Who we’re looking for

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3–6 PQE
• Experience across disputes and contentious litigation
• Strong litigation skills and ability to pick up work quickly
• Comfortable working under supervision while showing initiative
• Collaborative and eager to learn from senior litigators
• Exposure to injunctions or shareholder disputes (Desired)
• Some experience in debt recovery or insolvency disputes (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting a senior partner directly on a varied litigation caseload
• Handling lower-level shareholder disputes with supervision
• Working on injunctions and general commercial disputes
• Assisting across the wider disputes teams where required
• Gaining exposure to insolvency and debt recovery work, depending on team needs
• Contributing as a key associate within a busy and growing litigation group
