A thriving city centre law firm is recruiting for Commercial Litigation Solicitor with NQ-2 PQE and help take its high-value, complex litigation caseload to the next level.
You’ll join this high-profile Legal 500 team and work on nationally recognised matters for an HNW and UHNW client base, working primarily alongside a Partner.
The work is interesting and career-building – the team having recently advised on a high-profile Judicial Review for a prominent member of the Manchester business community and a data project impacting the lives of all the people living in the UK.
This is therefore the perfect opportunity to get your name listed on a piece of case law and into the press.
You’ll work alongside six individually ranked lawyers in the Legal 500, including one Hall of Famer and a Next Generation Partner. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own profile as a litigation expert, as the firm very much encourages and supports individual recognition through directory and awards submissions, and media appearances.
You’ll be able to progress quickly, as the firm also runs a clear and transparent annual promotion scheme, which is open to all – so no more waiting patiently for your manager to recognise and reward your contributions.
You’ll hone your technical and commercial skills across a wide range of issues, including ADR, banking and finance disputes, company disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, injunctions, IP disputes, media/reputation management, professional negligence, real estate litigation, and sports disputes.
This full-service, Top 100 firm has offices nationally. It is accredited by Investors in People and has been named as one of The Sunday Times’ Best Companies to Work For – and it’s easy to see why.
Team members get a minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year and an additional two days per year to do charitable work, and an early Friday finish, amongst other amazing benefits.
The firm has an active social calendar, including regular team and firmwide events, and sports clubs, so you’ll get to know your new colleagues and feel part of the team quickly.
