Who we’re looking for
- Previous legal assistant or legal support experience
- Commercial Property experience (Desired)
- Property law experience (Desired)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and curious approach to learning
- Someone seeking a long-term career rather than a stepping stone role
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Solicitors and Paralegals on Commercial Property matters
- Assisting with the progression of transactions and client files
- Providing matter management and administrative support
- Working closely within a pod alongside a Paralegal and Fee Earner
- Maintaining high standards of client service and file management
- Supporting the continued growth of the Commercial Property team
