Compliance Executive

Apply now
  • Step away from fee earning and move into a strategic compliance role where you’ll influence quality across the business
  • Use your Personal Injury expertise to improve performance, reduce risk and shape best practice
  • Join the UK’s largest and highest-rated claimant Personal Injury firm with excellent career development opportunities

If you’ve built a successful career as a Personal Injury Fee Earner but are ready for a fresh challenge away from running your own caseload, this is a rare opportunity to take your expertise in a completely new direction.

You’ll join a dedicated Compliance team where your experience will be used to improve quality, manage risk and support lawyers across the firm. Rather than focusing on individual files, you’ll analyse trends, review performance data and carry out detailed file audits, helping to ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional standards of client care while remaining fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

This is a role that combines legal knowledge with commercial awareness. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the firm, identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and drive better outcomes. If you enjoy analysing files, solving problems and influencing how a business operates, you’ll find this role both varied and rewarding.

Established more than 25 years ago, the firm has grown into the UK’s largest claimant Personal Injury practice and is recognised as one of the country’s fastest-growing law firms. Despite its size, it remains committed to delivering outstanding client care, with an industry-leading reputation and a collaborative culture where people are encouraged to share ideas and continuously improve.

  • Experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner looking to move away from fee earning
  • Strong knowledge of claimant Personal Injury practice

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • Confident using Excel to interpret and analyse data
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Experience with Proclaim, Lexcel or a professional qualification such as Solicitor, CILEX or MBA (desirable)

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting file audits and compliance reviews across the Personal Injury department
  • Analysing performance data and identifying trends to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Supporting lawyers and managers with regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Monitoring higher-risk and complex cases to ensure compliance with firm procedures
  • Advising colleagues on SRA regulations, ethical obligations and best practice
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce operational risk
  • Producing reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders across the business
