This is an excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a leading specialist team in Manchester. You’ll handle your own caseload of property and financial affairs matters, supporting vulnerable clients by managing day-to-day finances rather than undertaking legal drafting.

Who we’re looking for
- Experienced Court of Protection Paralegal
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Strong organisational and client-handling skills
- Comfortable supporting vulnerable clients and managing financial affairs
- Friendly, proactive and able to work independently with support available
- Interested in progressing long-term within a specialist CoP team
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own caseload of Court of Protection property and financial affairs matters
- Support clients by managing income, payments, budgeting and day-to-day finances
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely administration
- Deliver empathetic, practical support to vulnerable clients and their families
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing specialist team
- Work in a hybrid model with two days in the Manchester office and three days from home
