This is an excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a leading specialist team in Manchester. You’ll handle your own caseload of property and financial affairs matters, supporting vulnerable clients by managing day-to-day finances rather than undertaking legal drafting.

Who we’re looking for

  • Experienced Court of Protection Paralegal
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Strong organisational and client-handling skills
  • Comfortable supporting vulnerable clients and managing financial affairs
  • Friendly, proactive and able to work independently with support available
  • Interested in progressing long-term within a specialist CoP team

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage your own caseload of Court of Protection property and financial affairs matters
  • Support clients by managing income, payments, budgeting and day-to-day finances
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely administration
  • Deliver empathetic, practical support to vulnerable clients and their families
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing specialist team
  • Work in a hybrid model with two days in the Manchester office and three days from home
