Court of Protection Paralegal

Apply now
  • Join a rapidly growing Court of Protection team that has built an impressive market profile since launching in 2019
  • Develop alongside experienced Professional Deputies within a leading national law firm
  • Hybrid working with just 2 office days per week, plus 28 days’ holiday

If you’ve already built some Court of Protection experience and want a role where you can take greater ownership of your work, this Leicester-based opportunity gives you the platform to do it. You’ll join a specialist team that has grown rapidly since it was established in 2019 and is continuing to invest as its caseload expands. Working alongside experienced Professional Deputies, you’ll manage your own Court of Protection matters with appropriate supervision, while developing your expertise across increasingly varied and complex work. The team takes a genuinely collaborative approach to its clients, working electronically across geographical boundaries and sharing expertise rather than operating as individual case handlers. You’ll also have the backing and career opportunities that come with being part of a leading national law firm and wider Private Wealth team. With hybrid working, strong benefits and a Head of Team who is passionate about developing people, this is a strong next step for an experienced CoP paralegal who wants to build a long-term career in the specialism.
