In this vital role, you’ll be handling a high-value caseload, focussed purely on complex property and finance cases, contributing to the firm’s well-established reputation. Ideally, candidates will have 6+ PQE and strong Court of Protection experience, particularly within property and finance, as there will be no health/welfare work involved. You should be comfortable dealing with complicated cases, many involving elderly clients with degenerative diseases or lost mental capacity due to injury. Prior line managerial experience is desirable, but not mandatory, especially if you have substantial Court of Protection experience and supervisory skills.
