A respected and growing South Manchester law firm is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This newly created role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload of deputyships, statutory wills, property matters and applications to the Court of Protection.

Who we’re looking for
- A Court of Protection Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Someone who is confident preparing applications for deputyship, statutory wills, gifts and property purchases
- Familiar with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Professional Deputy Standards
- Able to manage annual OPG reports and liaise with financial planners and investment managers
- Comfortable adjusting communication style to suit clients’ capacity and needs
- Supportive team player, able to supervise junior fee-earners and contribute to a positive culture
Salary & benefits
- £45,000–£65,000 depending on experience
