Court of Protection Paralegal

This is an exciting opportunity for Court of Protection Paralegal to join a national multi-service firm.

In this role, you will work as part of a successful Private Client team, supporting the solicitors in the team and managing your own caseload with supervision. You will also benefit from the firm’s continuous training and development programme.

While this position is based at the firm’s Manchester office, the firm offers flexible working and working from home availability for the majority of the week.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with Court of Protection experience who is looking to further develop their legal career, working alongside industry leaders.

The ideal candidate 

• A Court of Protection Paralegal
• Ability to understand a wide range of clients and have empathy with vulnerable clients
• The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people both verbally as well as in writing is also integral to this role as are strong IT skills
• Able to multitask and ensure that time recording, and billing targets are met.
