From the outset, you’ll manage your own varied caseload while being trusted to make decisions that are always in your clients’ best interests, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team behind you.
This is a growth role within an expanding team, giving you the chance to build your expertise across a broad range of Property & Affairs matters. You’ll work closely with clients, families, case managers and other professionals, providing practical advice and helping to navigate often complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor (3-5 PQE)
- Experience in Court of Protection Property & Affairs matters
- Strong understanding of Court of Protection procedures and litigation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload with exceptional attention to detail
- Empathetic, personable and client-focused
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own Court of Protection Property & Affairs caseload
- Supporting an experienced professional deputy with complex client matters
- Advising and assisting clients who have lost capacity through serious injury or illness
- Working closely with families, case managers and other professionals
- Managing clients’ financial affairs in line with their best interests
- Contributing to business development and converting warm referral opportunities where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional client service while meeting quality and chargeable time targets
