Court of Protection Solicitor /Associate Solicitor
- Join a growing Court of Protection department with an established caseload ready to take on
- Handle complex deputyship matters, including cases involving £30m+ clinical negligence settlements
- Three days working from home, with the opportunity to help shape the department’s future
Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking for greater autonomy, varied work and the opportunity to play a key role in developing a growing department?

For an ambitious Associate, there’s also scope to develop relationships with local councils, help grow the department and potentially progress towards Head of Court of Protection, with the opportunity to build your own team over time.
The firm offers a close-knit, supportive environment where you’ll have the flexibility to work from home for much of the week while making a meaningful contribution to the department’s growth.
