A regional law firm is looking for a family solicitor to join its well-established care team and enjoy a long, successful career all the way up to partnership level.
The right candidate will have some family law experience, but the firm is happy to give you plenty of training and development to become a specialist care lawyer. For example, you could be newly qualified and just embarking on your career or have several years of care law experience.
The firm has the largest care team in the area and has an excellent reputation, meaning most of its work is inbound. This is a great learning experience for any family lawyer, as you’ll have access to some of the most experienced care lawyers to work with on cases directly.
You’ll enjoy an unrivalled career trajectory here, the scope of which could lead all the way up to partnership and, one day, head of department.

The team currently have four solicitors and six support team members, so you’ll get plenty of secretarial and administrative support on your caseload, providing a great work/life balance.
Depending on experience, you’ll either support with or handle a caseload of care work including care proceedings, child arrangements and parental responsibilities.
