An exciting, new, non-traditional law firm in Lancashire is recruiting for a family paralegal to work alongside the management team to realise its vision of being the largest family law boutique in Lancashire.
You’ll work as part of a team of five on Legal Aid cases, which will grow into other areas of work as the firm grows – with two new office launches already in the pipeline.
The firm also has in-house counsel, which is extremely unusual for a firm this size and offers a clear USP in the market.
If you’re looking for something closer to home but still with lots of progression, this could be the role for you – the firm is new with big ambitions, so getting in on the ground level now will ensure quick progression in the short-term.
You’ll enjoy hybrid working and free on-site parking, as well as a bonus of 15% of anything you bill over target, giving you real control over your earnings.
The firm has strong links to domestic abuse charities and is passionate about supporting change, making a true difference in people’s lives.
The right candidate will have experience of making legal aid applications and will ideally have 12 months’ experience of working within a family law team.
