You’ll join an established and successful family team handling a steady stream of privately funded work across financial remedy and private children matters. From day one, you’ll inherit a busy caseload and have the support of your own dedicated paralegal, secretarial assistance and centralised compliance team, allowing you to concentrate on advising clients and progressing matters efficiently.
The role offers the right balance of autonomy and support. During your first few months, you’ll settle into the team, build relationships with clients and become confident managing your caseload independently. As you establish yourself, you’ll become a trusted member of the department, consistently delivering excellent client care while working closely with your paralegal and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.

Who we’re looking for
- Solicitor with NQ-7 years’ PQE in privately funded family law
- Confident managing your own family caseload independently
- Experience advising on financial remedy and private children matters
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Happy supervising and working closely with a dedicated paralegal
- Hard-working, proactive and team-focused

- Meeting financial and cash recovery targets
