Head of Private Client

An established, regional law firm is looking for a Private Client Lawyer (qualified or non-qualified) with 7+ PQE (or equivalent experience) to join its successful team in South Manchester as Head of Department. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced lawyer who has already worked in a team lead position and is looking for a change or someone who would like to take a step up into a Head of Department position. 

The firm has embraced hybrid working you will be able to work from home for part of your week. If you would like to work part-time, this will also be considered for this role. 

You’ll lead a close-knit team of four, and so will get plenty of exposure to internal colleagues, clients and referrers.  

Alongside your Head of Department duties, you will be managing a mixed caseload of private client matters, including wills and probate, and there is an existing caseload of work to get stuck into thanks to the team’s solid marketing efforts and well-established referrer base.
